“Anytime we can listen to our true self and give it the care it requires, we do it not only for ourselves, but for the many others whose lives we touch.”

Meredith Gardner

MS, LPC, NCC, EMDRIA Certified Therapist

Meredith Gardner is a therapist at New Hope Counseling.

Everyone deserves a place where they feel heard, understood, and supported; especially when life feels heavy.

Whether you’re navigating something that’s been weighing on you for a long time or coping with a difficult experience, Meredith Gardner can support you through it. She provides a safe environment for clients to be themselves, offering unconditional positive regard and a warm, caring nature.

In counseling, Meredith primarily uses a strength-based approach coupled with person-centered therapy. This means she believes people have the capability and capacity to find the best solutions for themselves. In other words, you can use your own understanding of your experiences as a foundation for healing.
